TV Guide Description: Eliza Dushku returns to the series as rogue vampire slayer Faith, who may prove to be the only match for Angelus (David Boreanaz). Angel's evil alter ego, who's out of his cage and pursuing the Beast, hits a pool hall packed with vamps to see if he can determine the demon's hideout. Meanwhile, at the hotel, Wes (Alexis Denisof) goes about the grisly task of dispatching Lilah's corpse, as Lorne, Fred and Gunn gather ingredients for a protective sanctuary spell. But the gang is all too familiar with the unpredictability of magic, so Wes pays a visit to the incarcerated Faith to try to persuade her to join the team in the race to prevent Armageddon.
Faith Spoilers: Faith is first shown in prison, coming out to the prison yard. She's attacked by another inmate who's been sent to kill her by the First. Wes later visits her and tells her about what's going on with Angelus. Faith jumps out a window and escapes from jail with Wes. On their way to L.A., they stop to slay some vampires to give Faith a warm-up for Angelus. Faith meets up with Angel's crew and takes charge. She leads a salvage operation to tranquilize Angelus. But Angelus knew she was coming and sets up an ambush. The Beast is there waiting for her and pummels her. As the Beast is about to kill Faith, Angelus slays him. The sun is returned, protecting Faith (who's injured) from Angelus.

TV Guide Description: As Faith recovers from her showdown with the Beast, Angelus surprises Fred at the hotel. He hopes her research will reveal who (or what) motivated the demon's lust for destruction.
Faith Spoilers: Wes takes Faith back to his apartment, where she breaks down in the shower in a fit of rage over what happened. As they head into the hotel, Angelus is there stealing Lilah's research on the Beast. Faith is unable to shoot Angelus with a tranquilizer dart and he escapes. Faith and Wes go out searching for Angelus, ending up in a demon bar where Angelus had been hanging up. They learn about Angelus talking to the voice of The Beast's Master from a girl high on a hallucinogenic drug. Wes brutally tortures the information out of the girl, infuriating Faith. Faith and Wes get another clue about Angelus' possible whereabouts and find him at an occult bookstore. Another huge fight ensues, with Angelus tormenting Faith about her past. He pins her down, tells her that she will be like him, and bites her.

Official Description: ALYSON HANNIGAN CROSSES OVER TO “ANGEL” – While in their drug-induced comas, Angelus (David Boreanaz) and Faith (guest star Eliza Dushku) experience flashbacks of Angel’s good deeds over the centuries; Fred (Amy Acker) calls in Willow (guest star Alyson Hannigan, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”), the only person ever able to restore Angel’s soul and asks her to help them do it again.
Faith Spoilers: It's revealed that Faith has injected into her blood a large dose of the hallucinogenic drug the girl was on. It incapacitates Angelus when he feed on her and knocks him unconscious. Faith overdoses on the drug and might die. Both Faith and Angelus are taken back to the hotel and Fred calls Willow to restore Angel's soul. Meanwhile, an unconscious Faith is in a dream sequence, traveling back in time with Angelus to view Angel's past as he struggled with his soul. Faith knows she is dying, and Angel appears in the dream sequence to urge her to fight Angelus and to not give up. Faith wakes up and finds Connor about to kill the still unconscious Angelus. Connor and Faith fight as Willow restores Angel's soul. Faith returns to Sunnydale with Willow.

Faith Spoilers: Willow and Faith drive back to Sunnydale, finding an injured Potential Slayer on the way. The new Big Bad, Caleb, has given her a message for Buffy. He has something of hers. After discussing the situation with Willow at the hospital, Faith heads off to find Buffy. After a slight mix-up with Spike, she runs into Buffy at a cemetary and they head for Casa Summers. Andrew does a fantasy filled documentary on Faith. Faith does a little bonding with Spike, then the group heads into battle. Buffy is determined to take out Caleb. Faith and Buffy go out searching for him, and discuss what happened in Orpheus. They find Calebe's hideout, and they take the Potential Slayers into battle. But they quickly learn they are severly overmatched and Caleb proves to be a more deadly threat then believed.
