Mediasharx.com has a report from a source claiming to have info on Angel telemovies for the WB. Their source also claims that Eliza is in negotiations to come back as Faith: "The WB is working on a new stand-alone telemovie, ANGEL, to air tentatively in September. The first two-hour pic is going to essentially launch the series as a sequence of films - different villain, different storyline, each one... Eliza Talks about Angel

The latest issue of the British magazine, SFX, has Eliza on the cover and a lengthy article where she talks about her decision to do Tru Calling instead of the Faith spinoff. She also says she wanted to appear in Angel this season, but didn't have the time due to her workload on Tru:
Yours Faithfully

Will Angel see the return of our second favourite Slayer? Eliza Dushku certain hopes so...

This season of Angel, the show's fifth, was supposed to be marked by return appearance by Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy Summers and Eliza Dushku as Faith. Sadly, it's not going to happen. Despite comments to the contrary last season, Gellar simply decided to bail out, wanting to distance herself from her vampire-slaughtering alter ego. For Dushku, it genuinely was a question of time.

"I've never ruled out a return to the show," she says, "I said I would return to the show before I got here and realized the workload. I haven't had the time, but I've always said that I love those guys and if I had any time at all I would love to go down and hang out with my peeps on Angel." Fingers crossed...
